Inspired by the nostalgia that pets hold, the Here for You campaign was created to highlight the superior customer service at Chewy. The pet care brand is known for its handwritten notes that support clients. To enhance what the brand already stands for, a slogan and scrapbook-style design were created.

The video storyboard used a scrapbook to tell the story of a pet’s life and how Chewy supported the dog. Then, the Here for You slogan was adapted to show viewers moments where Chewy helped.
