Rabbit & Friends

Rabbit & Friends is a children’s lighting brand founded in 2018 with the mission to “light up the darkness” by creating safe, comforting, and beautifully designed lamps for young children and their parents. While the brand excels in product quality with child-safe materials, soft forms, and certified LED technology, the previous visual identity did not fully reflect its emotional warmth, Scandinavian-inspired design sensibility, or premium positioning.

A rebrand was used to better reflect the brand’s unique blend of creativity and simplicity. The wordmark blends a sharp script and a rounded sans-serif to provide contrast. Two bunny ears were also added to the ascenders of the word mark to give a subtle hint to the animal the brand is named after.

To extend the brand, a set of characters based on the brand’s lights. The playful animals pop up to add motion and liveliness to otherwise bland items.
